1. How long have you been making Wind Towers?

We have been manufacturing Wind Towers since 2007, and we have manufactured more than 500 towers, as of 2012.

2. Who is your main customer?

We have supplied our quality towers to REpower, Nordex, IMPSA, Alsom, Kenersys, Unison, Doosan Heavy Industries, Hyundai Heavy Industries, etc.

3. Which countries have you supplied your towers?

We have supplied our towers to all around the world such as USA, Argentina, Brazil, India, Jamaica, Ecuador, Vietnam, Korea, etc. 

4. What kind of Certificates have you acquired?

We have acquired the ISO 90001, ISO 140001, DIN 18800-7 Class E (GL), AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) & OHSAS Certificate.
And, we will also acquire the JIS-standards (H-Grade) by August, 2012.

5. Where do you get your steel plates from?
To meet our customers’ requirements, we have diversified the supply sources from Korea, Japan, China & etc. And, we are steadily seeking competitive & quality steel plate sources from all over the world.
6. How long does it take to get the steel plates?

It depends on where we procure the Steel Plates, but normally we can get the Steel Plates within 1 or 2 months.

7. How many towers can you build in a day?

Upon receipt of the Steel Plates, we can build 1~2 towers per day at a single shift.

8. What is the highest diameter you can build?

The maximum diameter is 7,300mm (24 ft), but to build the Offshore Towers, we are now planning to invest & expand the work shop.

9. How many coating rooms do you have?

We have the total 12 painting rooms that we can automatically control the humidity & temperature.
And, the supervisor from the Paint Makers always stays at our factory and checks the coating quality together with our own quality inspectors.

10. How many shot-blasting rooms do you have?
We have 4 shot-blasting rooms totally equipped with the automatic blasting machines that can blast the inside & outside the tower sections simultaneously.
11. How many towers can you store at your factory?

We can store approx. 50 towers in our factory yard and we may also use the available space in the sea-port yard at Kwangyang Port, Korea.

12. How do you transport the towers to the main shipping port?

We can transport the towers to the main shipping port by using the barge shipment so that we can minimize the inland transportation & safely transport the towers
